Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Tri Center 's MMA system focuses on skills from Nogi Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and Freestyle Wrestling.  Our MMA classes take various skills from each art and teaches how to apply and blend these techniques in a fluid and applicable approach.

Tri Center MMA Philosophy

We believe a growing trend in the evolution of MMA is that athletes are becoming a "Jack of all trades, master of none".  For this reason we highly recommend participating in classes of each art seperately in order to fully develop your skills and understanding of each art.

These classes are primarily dedicated to Tri Center MMA Team members but classes are open to professional and amateur MMA practitioners from other schools.

*Approval is Required for Class Participation*
