This class is designed to challenge each individual no matter your fitness level.  Benefit from high intensity resistance excercises that help you become leaner, stronger and more fit than you can imagine! You’ll train with the intensity of a professional Mixed Martial Artist pushing your physical and mental conditioning to the limit. In this class you will work with jump ropes, medicine balls, plyo-boxes & plyo-latters, peg walls, Thai kick pads, heavy bags, focus mitts, body weight and resistance drills. This is the ultimate fitness experience!
