
Women's Kickboxing is a martial art that focuses purely on striking techniques. Instructors center each class around punch, kick combonations combined with Muay Thai elbows and knees to make for a strategic and well-rounded arsenal. Classes will cover both offensive and defensive techniques. We believe conditioning and balance are necessities to properly execute your striking game. Each class begins with a cardio and muscle endurance circuit.
* This is NOT your typical Women's Cardio Kickboxing class. There will be NO bouncing around to house music. Come ready to learn and ready to sweat!
